I hold myself to making resolutions every year. I’m also the biggest proponent of writing and speaking your dreams and goals over your life. There’s a tremendous power in writing, verbalizing and thinking on what you want. It doesn’t just have to be a promotion or a new project. It could be the desire for a loving family. The desire to find someone you love. Resolutions offer me the opportunity for perspective and to keep improving. That’s why they work for me.
