Thanks so much for your very kind comment! I think the two biggest things to reduce the anxiety about the future are the following:

  1. Really write out what you want at this point in your life. Know that it may change as you get older. But be specific about the people, activities and dreams that you have. Think about what you want
  2. Start putting together a plan to achieve those goals. This involves actively creating tasks to achieve. It’s not easy. It’s a scary thing to do. But there’s a magic about putting things into writing. Start speaking that plan over your life and don’t worry about what other people think of you. Go do your thing and be amazed at the results!
