Fierce Force 💃🏼Great question and thanks for sharing, Madame! Quite like your mentor, I struggled with this one for a long time. I absolutely hate that question in interviews. Because I believe it’s a deeply personal question. But I ask you to consider this: I’ve now had multi-millionaires, successful writers, businesswomen and men and others tell me to get very specific about my goals in the form of a five-year plan. To write things out and work toward a five year plan KNOWING that plans change and adjustments are to be made. I think if we know going in what our big goals are, we can work toward those, even in the process changes on the way (it undoubtedly will). But that doesn’t mean that plans are useless. Plans simply need to be modified. I’m such a huge proponent of what we speak over our lives, becomes our reality. At least for me, now, there is no turning back. We can’t worry about disappointment. The success comes in giving all we got!
