Alaina M. Dorsey You’re 100% correct. I really appreciate the catch. I first became aware of this quote in Phil Jackson’s incredible book, Sacred Hoops. This was purely an editing mistake on my part. I’ve never read Suzuki’s book but I very much want to read it. When I took this quote, I copied it from Sacred Hoops and forgot to give appropriate credit to Suzuki.
